im planing to move away from california cuz the rent is to high. im currently living in an apartment,2room,1bath for 1000$ a month!!!.i was wondering if denver colorado is a good place to live and whats the average rent there for a 2room,1bath. thanks.

Well, unfortunately, a 2BR/1BA is nearly the same, maybe a little less, depending on where you would like to live of course. I would very much prefer Denver to Cal. for a lot of other reasons, however, having lived in both.

It varies greatly based on size and location. The best thing to do to get a sense of prices….is to just go on. You can see pictures of apartments and prices.

Its all about location. Sure you can get a 2 room 1 bath for cheap in denver but your going to have gangs outside, drug dealers inside, and a lot of bad people. Downtown expect to pay over $1200 a month for almost anything decent, even studios. Same in Cherry Creek. For a while when I moved here from CA, I was renting a 1 bed 1 bath downtown for $1700 a month. It was good location but the actual apartment was not all that great.
