I’m planning to move to Denver area but it so hard to know where to move to when you dont know the area.
- I would like to live either on downtown or very close suburbs.
- a safe neighborhood.
- I DONT want condos. I want a house. I dont want to live in tiny space.
(My boyfriend would love to have a backyard, dont need to be huge, but a normla size backyard.
- if in suburbs let me know how is traffic around.

It largely depends on how adamant you are about the commute and where you’d be working. The “safest” suburbs around Denver are typically towards the south, but home prices are about average. If you want to describe your situation a little I can probably help you more.

Stapleton and Lowry are great places to live in and comparatively cheaper than Downtown. There are quite a few good neighnourhoods on Havana street too (eg. Havana and Idaho, 6th and Havana, etc.)
