What are the best communities to purchase a home in Denver, Colorado area? I will be moving there next summer and my work location will be around the South of Denver area. I’m looking for an area with good schools, low crime, and nice track homes in the low to mid 300K range. Mostly interested in new homes (new tracks)! Thanks
I believe the company that I work for is moving to either Littleton or Greenwood Village. I am moving from Southern California and traffic is bad here, so any commute under 30 minutes is fantastic.

Depends where exactly you are moving to. South West Denver is Littleton (Jefferson County) and South East Denver is Aurora. I no longer live in Colorado but I always preferred Jefferson County, however, you may be closer to Castle Rock. Denver area is huge and the traffic is awful. It really depends where you are moving from.

A great area would be be Centennial. Cherry Creek School district is really great. Nice communities and nice homes. There are a lot of new homes in the town of Parker. (Arapahoe Road and Parker) Check out Richmond Homes, Nyland Homes or DR Horton. You should look at some websites to get some ideas, but really a Realtor would be the best help. Remember when you are buying a home you don’t have to pay Realtor fees, the Seller pays them. Check out or
